Gotta New Motor

We have the necessary wheels now, and what a lovely set of wheels they are, by far the poshest car we have ever owned, with generous boot space and a nice aerial on the roof. The journey should be comfortable, we hope, and the car should move forwards, and backwards, which is handy because we might forget something.
Now we just have to get our removals sorted! We are still waiting on quotes and dates and this waiting and not knowing is difficult. It is often said that moving house is a stressful experience, but we are finding that getting a removal company to take our stuff up to the Highlands within our time scale is causing great tension and much pouring of nerve steadying stiff drinks, is this what they mean? We will be relieved when we get a date and can just focus on getting ourselves up there, so we appeal to the dear deities of shifting stuff, Bernard Cribbins, Eric Sykes, PG Tips Monkeys, Mercury, Atlas and their mate Fred with a van, come to our aid!
